Delivery Operations Specialist (Remote US)

What you will do

• Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads across the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of customer projects.
• Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action registers, and governance documentation.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, effort estimates, resource forecasts, utilization data, milestone forecasts, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain project data, resource assignments, time tracking, financial forecasts, and operational reporting in Klient.
• Prepare executive project reporting covering project health, financial status, schedule performance, forecast accuracy, resource utilization, risks, and management actions.
• Coordinate customer meetings, issue resolution, change requests, SOW updates, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience supporting internal clients and business units in IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or professional services.
• Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, resource management, project controls, customer delivery, and governance.
• Experience with project budgets, revenue forecasts, financial reporting, SOW management, resource planning, utilization reporting, and schedule management.
• Experience using PSA and project management platforms such as Klient PSA, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Certinia, Kantata, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects and work independently with Technical Account Managers, Agile Leads, and Delivery leadership.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Active pursuit of a PMI certification.
• Interest in developing a career in project management, customer delivery, and Technical Account Management.
