Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; authorized to work in the United States required; travel up to 15%.

Base salary: $150,000 per year. Performance bonus: $15,000.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for two to four concurrent client engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead planning, estimation, and scoping with Sales, Implementation, Professional Services, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, scope changes, and escalation across internal and client teams.
• Run delivery governance through status reporting, steering updates, sprint and milestone reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, resource plans, financial tracking, and delivery repositories.
• Facilitate requirements and planning sessions, document acceptance criteria, and review deliverables for scope, quality, timeline, and adoption gaps.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years as a project or delivery manager on client engagements.
• Consulting or professional-services experience with demonstrated success managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong delivery fundamentals covering estimation, planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and project financials.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or comparable tools, plus Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Regular practical use of AI tools for drafting status updates, summarizing meetings, organizing documentation, and preparing stakeholder communications, with accountability for accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in data, analytics, or technology professional-services delivery.
• Familiarity with staffing requests, utilization, work-in-progress, and change orders.
