Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $96,200–$125,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Own the customer relationship from implementation kickoff through post-go-live steady state.
• Lead multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations for provider practices and TINs.
• Coordinate account management, support, product, engineering, providers, office managers, and clinical leads.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, integrations, handoffs, and launch quality.
• Identify and resolve technical integration issues and represent customer feedback internally.
• Improve the implementation playbook, tooling, templates, and workflows to reduce time to launch.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare technology implementations, ideally involving standard EHR integrations.
• Strong project management, customer communication, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Technical judgment to diagnose integration issues and manage project scope.
• Ability to lead through influence, resolve conflicts, drive accountability, and improve processes.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.
