Senior Product Manager, Auth0 Platform Infrastructure

Senior Product Manager, Auth0 Platform Infrastructure (Cloud, AI, and Identity): Owns the vision, strategy, and execution of infrastructure capabilities powering Auth0 at global scale, with an accent on cloud resilience, intelligent rate limiting, streaming architectures, and secure AI agent identity. Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 146,000–200,200 annually, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the platform infrastructure vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for critical Auth0 components.
• Lead cloud resilience initiatives, including Geo HA failover, AWS PrivateLink, and service-only failovers supporting four-nines reliability.
• Define infrastructure strategy for Model Context Protocol enablement and secure authentication for AI agents and autonomous LLMs.
• Design intelligent, multidimensional rate-limiting strategies that support large customer bursts and AI agent identities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver infrastructure capabilities and communicate customer value.
• Ensure security-by-design practices, compliance alignment, operational metrics, and service-level objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience with deeply technical, backend, infrastructure, or platform products in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern infrastructure concepts across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, agentic workflows, machine-to-machine communication, token exchange, delegated authorization, and OAuth 2.1.
• Technical fluency in data streaming such as Kafka or Kinesis, API gateways, rate-limiting algorithms, and highly available database failovers.
• Strong data-driven product management, customer communication, cross-functional leadership, and influence without authority.

• Experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or platform infrastructure for AI agents and machine-to-machine communication.
