What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Integrated Reporting Solutions, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
• Steward the reporting tooling suite (Logi Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports) and oversee the Datamart and Business Object Model.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather requirements and translate complex needs into clear product features.
• Lead day-to-day product execution by shaping sprints, refining the backlog, and removing ambiguity.
• Coach product owners, developers, and solution architects to strengthen product thinking and delivery practices.
• Define KPIs and track success metrics using data and client feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Practical SQL skills to read, interpret, and write queries for analysis and requirements definition.
• Deep understanding of data structures, normalized data, and reporting models.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Logi Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Background in data engineering, data analysis, or BI development.
• Previous experience as a Software Product Owner (SPO) in a reporting or data context.
• Software development or coding experience.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, data governance, or data quality practices.
