Salary: 100,000 - 130,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, ensuring alignment between hirify.global teams and client stakeholders.
• Steer cross-functional teams and navigate tension between business priorities, delivery constraints, and user needs.
• Champion the use of AI tooling across the SDLC to accelerate research, requirements generation, and delivery quality.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a credible point of contact for strategic decisions.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap based on user insights, data, and client strategy.
• Mentor junior product and delivery team members through active coaching and modeling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a digital consultancy or agency environment.
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
• French language proficiency (conversational and written) is required.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery on complex engagements and communicate with C-suite executives.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the SDLC (synthesis, prototyping, documentation).
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery environments and commercial awareness (SOW and budget management).
