Salary: $139,000 – $166,500 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Product API, configuration data model, and revision tooling.
• Define how internal teams such as Underwriting, Compliance, and State Management consume product data.
• Drive the Product API strategy and versioning standards to ensure reliable interfaces for consumers.
• Build and scale an AI-enablement layer on the Product API MCP to facilitate rapid prototyping and self-service.
• Partner with engineering and design to move platform capabilities from prototype to production rollout.
• Define and monitor metrics for consumer independence to guide the future product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a platform, API, or internal tooling.
• Experience treating internal teams as customers and translating their workflows into requirements.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on API design, versioning, and data model decisions.
• Strong interest or experience in applying AI tools to internal workflows and configuration use cases.
• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous environments where the platform scope is expanding.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada
