What you will do

• Define and execute roadmap priorities for the hirify.global Machine Learning Platform.
• Improve workflows for data exploration, experimentation, model iteration, deployment, inference, and downstream AI integration.
• Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform engineers to identify bottlenecks and simplify operational systems.
• Shape platform capabilities for model deployment, inference services, AI/ML observability, foundation models, and generative AI.
• Drive interoperability across data platforms, ML tooling, deployment systems, and analytics ecosystems.
• Improve platform adoption and practitioner productivity through intuitive workflows, usage analysis, and user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience focused on ML platforms, AI infrastructure, developer platforms, or technical workflow products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning systems, lifecycle workflows, data and analytics ecosystems, and operational AI systems.
• Familiarity with foundation models and generative AI.
• Experience working with ML engineers, data scientists, or platform engineering teams.
• Strong product judgment, communication, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML platforms supporting experimentation, deployment, or inference workflows.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and query ecosystems such as Snowflake and Trino.
• Experience improving developer or practitioner productivity through platform design.
• Exposure to AI observability, evaluation, or workflow automation systems.
