Salary: $165,000 - $225,000 USD (depending on zone) / 204,000 - 245,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap and delivery for hirify.global's AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and underlying AI platform.
• Define the quality bar for agent experiences, including the creation of evals, guardrails, and success metrics.
• Balance the development of developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs with approachable tools for visual creators.
• Shape the overall agent product strategy, managing prioritization and technical tradeoffs.
• Prototype ideas and contribute directly to the product, including contributing code where necessary.
• Stay current with the evolving AI landscape to differentiate between enduring standards and temporary fads.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada (specifically BC & ON provinces).
• 5+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
• Ability to define quality and success metrics for non-deterministic products.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
