What you will do

• Manage full-cycle payroll for US employees, including processing, validation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including multi-state regulations.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for benefit deductions, 401(k) contributions, and general ledger alignment.
• Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end processes such as W-2s and state filings.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Proven expertise in multi-state payroll compliance, specifically including California.
• Hands-on experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
