What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, patients, and other client stakeholders.
• Advise hospital teams on interactive patient care tools, utilization, strategic roadmaps, and clinical outcomes.
• Deliver training, facilitate research participation, and promote adoption through staff and nursing committee meetings.
• Monitor daily system utilization, identify underuse, and implement improvement plans.
• Manage hospital development, content, configuration, and operational issue projects through resolution.
• Create and maintain hospital-specific content and triage hardware and software issues at the client site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4–6 years of military experience.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is required; clinical experience is preferred.
• Previous project management and training experience is preferred, along with a demonstrated history of service excellence.
• Must complete a federal government background check, regular drug testing, immunizations, and client-specific screening.
• Must protect ePHI and PHI and comply with organizational, federal, state, and local information security requirements.
• Must work onsite in Pittsburgh and be flexible for occasional evening or weekend hours and travel to Bethesda.
