What you will do

• Schedule 30-40 patients daily for diagnostic imaging using specialized software.
• Manage patient communications via email and phone to troubleshoot scheduling issues.
• Liaise with imaging centers and other internal departments to ensure seamless experience.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain updated patient schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with patients.
• Experience in high-volume scheduling or customer service, preferably within healthcare.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and general digital tools.
• Strong empathetic communication and problem-solving skills.
