What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day operational matters.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including service delivery partners and benefits specialists.
• Manage the resolution of routine to complex requests using data analytic tickets and reporting dashboards.
• Develop practical and creative solutions to optimize outcomes for complex client situations.
• Ensure all Client Performance Guarantees are met within established deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
• Must be located in Denver, CO or New York, NY.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
