Lead Product Manager, Proactive Care (AI)

Location: United States or Canada; fully remote

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 USD annually or $200,000–$220,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Own the customer outcome for proactive care from validated problem through commercial product launch.
• Turn signals related to activity, mobility, sleep, and routine into decisions that care teams can act on.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, MVP development, and stage-gate decisions.
• Define signal quality requirements while partnering with AI, design, engineering, clinical, and Customer Success teams.
• Build the business case by connecting product outcomes to enterprise customer ROI.

Requirements

• Experience building products for clinical, caregiving, or other high-stakes operational workflows.
• Data and machine-learning literacy, including understanding precision and recall tradeoffs.
• Ability to make technical signals clear and actionable for non-technical users.
• Bias toward prototyping and testing with real users early.
• Commercial acumen and ability to connect outcomes to enterprise ROI.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
