Product Manager, Care Delivery (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a strong preference for San Francisco, California; secondary locations include Seattle, Washington and New York, New York. New York-based employees work onsite three days per week, while San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle employees attend quarterly Work Together Days.

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own Care Delivery capabilities from problem definition through launch and iteration, including provider workflows, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling, matching, quality, and billing infrastructure.
• Build reusable platform primitives that support multiple healthcare programs rather than one-off features.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship reliable capabilities and with clinical and operations partners to validate provider and member experiences.
• Use AI tools for prototyping and build AI-powered capabilities where they improve care delivery workflows.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements, including HEDIS measures and clinical coding, into clear product experiences.
• Define metrics, instrument products, analyze performance, and iterate based on data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology or another complex, regulated, or operations-heavy domain.
• Strong execution skills, including breaking down ambiguous problems and shipping independently.
• Experience defining metrics, working with datasets, and communicating findings to clinical and commercial audiences.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity, including engineering collaboration and learning FHIR, interoperability, and EHR workflows.
• Fluency with modern AI models and hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype and develop AI-powered features.
• Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR or EMR systems, clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability, or provider-facing tools.
