Salary: $143,200 - $196,900

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to develop world-class medical coding software.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for assessing medical chart readiness.
  • Lead teams of data scientists and software developers to enhance chart confidence pipelines.
  • Evaluate team recommendations, provide detailed feedback, and assess system improvements.
  • Report progress and key accomplishments to internal company stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of software product management experience (or HS Diploma with 14+ years).
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA, or data science.
  • 3+ years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, or HCPCS.
