What you will do

• Manage day-to-day LMS operations including course uploads, user enrollment, and system configuration.
• Provide first-line technical support for LMS users and resolve access or navigation issues.
• Edit and repurpose raw video recordings and webinars into polished, bite-sized educational content.
• Execute video accessibility workflows, including closed-captioning and sync-matching.
• Maintain a centralized media library and ensure seamless version control for digital assets.
• Perform QA testing on learning modules and assist in updating e-learning content using rapid-authoring tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 years of hands-on experience with corporate or institutional LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Familiarity with rapid e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise.
• Strong understanding of visual design basics and accessibility principles like ADA compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Absorb LMS.
• Background or interest in behavioral health or clinical training environments.
