What you will do

• Design and develop customized learning and adoption campaigns tailored to specific customer goals and technology.
• Create communication blueprints to drive digital transformation using Microsoft platforms.
• Deliver 100 and 200 level end-user webinars and provide 1:1 coaching for Microsoft 365 functionality.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues to ensure high user adoption throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and update training courses based on feature updates across various Microsoft environments (Enterprise, EDU, GCC, GCCH, and DoD).
• Produce customer success reports for key stakeholders to track adoption and goal achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in technical training, education, or curriculum development.
• Active Secret clearance is essential.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Experience working with regulated Government M365 cloud environments (GCC, GCCH).
• Ability to create technical documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Copilot, Visio, and Camtasia.
