What you will do

• Own requirements and execution for tactical features within the Contracts product from scoping through launch.
• Triage confirmed issue reports, feedback, and feature requests in partnership with Engineering.
• Synthesize support tickets and escalations into high-impact, scoped feature or hardening work.
• Translate prioritized issues into detailed engineering-ready requirements.
• Complete UAT on changes before they move to production.
• Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions and workflows.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or health tech.
• Background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement.
• Experience triaging, prioritizing, or managing inbound customer requests.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the US and operate on US business hours.

Nice to have

• Prior product management or product owner experience.
• SQL experience or comfort using AI tools to answer technical questions.
