Salary: $93,500–$128,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to product direction and strategy on a distributed team supporting a federal agency client.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle, including defining, writing, and testing acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation techniques.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile frameworks and principles.
• Drive progress and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with 3+ years of US residency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing scrum teams in an agile environment.
• Proven experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS programs, FHIR, or eCQMs.
• Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or ATO processes.
• Experience with DevSecOps pipeline processes.
• Formal training in SAFe or other agile delivery frameworks.
