Salary: $160,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Shape the next generation of the risk adjustment platform in partnership with design and engineering.
• Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and engineering to align products with market and regulatory demands.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact, inform prioritization, and drive value.
• Create high-quality documentation and artifacts for cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare and startup environments.
• 3+ years of experience in Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics.
• Demonstrated comfort with CMS risk adjustment.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations.
• Must be based in the United States; not eligible for sponsorship.
