• Understand user workflows within PACE and value-based care centers to build impactful products.
• Develop and execute product strategies that leverage data to drive innovation and user satisfaction.
• Define goals and KPIs to measure the impact of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to implement features.
• Manage the product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and stakeholder management.
• Ensure products adhere to regulatory standards and meet market needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a healthcare startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience working with clinical teams to build software products.
• Ability to interface directly with customers in an ambiguous development phase.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Position is not eligible for sponsorship.
