Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the US

Salary: $180,000–$220,000+ base salary per year, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and assessed level; equity and benefits are also included.

What you will do

• Apply design thinking to complex healthcare and business challenges.
• Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to understand user needs and behavior.
• Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to develop user-centered solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements.
• Develop design specifications and support development teams during implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and style guides across products.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of UX/UI design experience in fast-paced environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating the design process and measurable project results.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, usability, and UX deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.

• Experience building design systems and working on platform design.
