What you will do

• Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct and analyze UX research and data insights to deeply understand user needs.
• Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Partner with development teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (company participates in E-Verify).
