Senior Product Designer, Growth (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays and for company events. This role will not be converted to remote.

Salary: USD $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product design for Boost Money™, BoostCash™, mobile banking products, and new AI initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to turn concepts into flows, prototypes, and polished customer experiences.
• Design, ship, test, and iterate on experiences that improve activation, conversion, retention, and funded active customers.
• Improve onboarding, eligibility, offer presentation, subscription conversion, direct deposit switching, and AI agent experiences.
• Make fees, eligibility, and repayment information clear while managing multiple projects and aligning stakeholders.
• Maintain the hirify.global Design System and mentor junior designers on Figma, AI, automation, and design best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience focused on consumer mobile products, with end-to-end ownership from strategy through production.
• Expert Figma skills and experience mentoring junior designers.
• Experience in fintech or another regulated consumer space, including collaboration with legal, compliance, and privacy stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio of shipped case studies demonstrating individual impact and polished communication skills.
• Portfolio evidence of using AI and automation to change design, organization, or stakeholder collaboration processes.
• Willingness to work in person in the San Francisco office at least two days per week and attend company events.

Nice to have

• Experience with cash advance, subscription, banking, lending, or AI-assisted consumer products.
