Location: Onsite in Weldon Spring, Missouri, United States
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year plus bonus; total anticipated compensation up to $180,000

What you will do
- Lead all club operations, including member services, food and beverage, sports, recreation, entertainment, and facilities.
- Develop short- and long-range business plans, operating policies, capital plans, and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor operating, cash, and capital budgets; analyze financial statements, cash flow, costs, and forecasts.
- Direct department managers and oversee hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of club staff.
- Oversee facility maintenance, physical assets, safety standards, regulatory compliance, and capital expenditure projects.
- Build strong relationships with members, guests, vendors, community stakeholders, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Proven experience leading successful for-profit clubs, with demonstrated revenue and profit growth.
- Knowledge of golf course operations, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, liquor laws, food safety, and sanitation policies.
- Strong administrative, executive, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to hire, train, motivate, discipline, and terminate staff while working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, POS systems, and time-and-attendance systems; PGA, CMAA, or related professional membership is expected.
