Quality Engineer Associate

What you will do

• Apply quality engineering tools and methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Analyze process performance and conduct root-cause investigations to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and audit product and process specifications to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Support the launch of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive plant optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Track and report key quality and process performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment.
• Experience with quality control systems and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues using systematic techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
