What you will do

• Lead strategic customer development by identifying opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the full commercial deal lifecycle, including business case creation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Develop tailored operational solutions by aligning customer supply chain needs with company automation capabilities.
• Manage land acquisition and site strategy, including PSA negotiations and due diligence.
• Drive pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools to ensure visibility and lead qualification.
• Collaborate with Solution Design and Project Development teams to align commercial commitments with operational reality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, supply chain, or industrial real estate.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer pursuits and executing high-value contracts.
• Strong financial acumen for assessing revenue, margins, and investment returns.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing, automation, or transportation (experience in cold storage, 3PL, or CPG preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics, or engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
