What you will do

• Lead the Supply Chain Systems & Process Excellence team supporting procurement, planning, and fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary business owner for supply chain processes within SAP and related planning systems.
• Drive ERP process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives for SAP S/4HANA.
• Establish and govern supply chain master data, including BOMs, material masters, and lead times.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks utilizing SAP and Power BI.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce manual effort and transactional complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain systems, ERP governance, or process excellence.
• Strong experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of MRP, inventory management, forecasting, and master scheduling.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in BESS, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, or automotive industries.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar analytics platforms.
• APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications.
• Experience supporting global operations and multi-region supply chain organizations.
