What you will do

• Manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, and dispatching goods for the Houston plant and offsite facilities.
• Lead and supervise a team of 6+ reports, providing necessary leadership to ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
• Oversee plant inventory, leading full physical counts and managing the cycle count process.
• Maintain SAP transactional accuracy for warehousing processes, including FIFO stock rotation and obsolescence management.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable environmental regulations.
• Monitor freight carrier performance and provide logistics and scheduling support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or Planning.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehousing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Proven experience in inventory control practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Houston, Texas.
