What you will do

• Build and proactively manage end-to-end delivery schedules from physical build to logical handoff.
• Maintain daily coordination with Field Leads to reconcile ground truth with the project plan.
• Drive accountability across partners and vendors to ensure strict adherence to customer handoff dates.
• Facilitate technical trade-off decisions and document rationales between engineering and operations.
• Communicate complex deployment status and critical escalations to senior customers and executives.
• Improve regional processes and tooling while mentoring talent within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery schedules for complex, multi-partner technical deployments.
• Track record as a single point of accountability for customer-facing delivery dates.
• Ability to build and critically challenge schedules independently without waiting on other functions.
• Strong technical grounding for participation in design and readiness reviews.
• Excellent executive communication skills for handling high-pressure environments and sensitive situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to deployment sites to validate the schedule against ground truth.
