What you will do

• Capture customer demand and manage production plans and opportunity forecasts.
• Create and validate staffing requests, monitor FTE budgets, and evaluate staffing scenarios against revenue needs.
• Manage opportunities through the Linear ingest workflow and ensure accurate scoping and forecasting.
• Build account dashboards, ramp-planning sheets, playbooks, and other scalable reporting tools.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, GTM, delivery, Supply Ops, STOs, and Engagement Managers.
• Document processes and improve handoffs to reduce manual work and increase operational reliability.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex programs across multiple operational and business stakeholders.
• Strong operational rigor with the ability to monitor plans, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to work with staffing data, FTE budgets, forecasts, and account-level financial information.
• Analytical literacy and experience building planning tools, dashboards, or reporting artifacts.
• Strong communication, coordination, and process documentation skills.
