What you will do

• Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple enterprise-hirify.global technical programs from initial scoping through adoption.
• Coordinate dependencies across platform, forward-deployed engineering, product, and other technical teams delivering AI solutions.
• Run cross-functional planning and status meetings, surface blockers, drive decisions, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Translate technical complexity into actionable updates for engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to enterprise AI deployment and distributed systems.
• Define program health metrics, delivery forecasts, and engineering bottleneck reports while scaling agile execution frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or technical leader managing large-hirify.global software engineering or machine learning projects.
• 2+ years managing programs focused on engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of the generative AI lifecycle, including LLM use, model fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and communicating technical challenges as clear business impacts.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Linear.
• Strong interest in modern machine learning, generative AI, and related infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience in software engineering or data development.
• Experience driving adoption of technical platforms, SDKs, or APIs across product lines or business units.
• Familiarity with data quality pipelines, LLM-as-a-judge evaluation frameworks, or automated RLHF systems.
