What you will do

• Manage customer relationships from executive stakeholders through end users.
• Scope computer vision use cases with customers and guide engineering delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering AI/ML objectives and operational solutions.
• Triage technical issues, analyze data, and align internal resources around complex problems.
• Identify operator pain points and build or improve tools that increase customer success.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and public sector teams to deploy government-specific AI systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery of enterprise-scale applications or solutions.
• Deep understanding of machine learning operations processes.
• Proven record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for onsite customer work in the DMV area up to four days per week and/or willingness to travel at least 25%.
