Salary: $129,200 – $206,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the execution, enablement, and maintenance of global interchange and pricing initiatives.
• Analyze large volumes of data to support key strategic business decisions.
• Design and optimize agentic workflows using AI-enabled tools to accelerate productivity and insight generation.
• Coordinate implementation readiness and configuration across regional, technology, and operational teams.
• Manage process documentation, implementation guides, and training materials.
• Investigate issues and track resolutions with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. Applicants Only.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree experience).
• Experience in business analysis, operations, finance, consulting, or payments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (at least 3 days in office in Foster City, CA).
• Willingness to travel 5%-10% of the time.

• SQL experience.
• Experience with agentic task decomposition.
• Exposure to interchange, pricing, or transaction processing.
