What you will do

• Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of loan product data and key risk attributes.
• Analyze complex syndicated loan structures to support accurate and timely risk booking.
• Resolve day-to-day data and workflow issues by prioritizing competing tasks and coordinating across teams.
• Partner with Bankers, Legal, Credit, Risk, Technology, Reporting Controllers, and Operations Leadership.
• Support regulatory and MIS reporting, including key risk indicators, trends, and milestones.
• Contribute to automation, process re-engineering, and broader strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, quantitative studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in syndicated loan or institutional lending operations, with 4–7 years of total professional experience.
• Strong analytical and document review skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Risk-control mindset with effective problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to internal stakeholders with different levels of product knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience writing AI prompts or developing business requirements and rules for automation.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan operations.
