What you will do

• Analyze loan worksheets for proposed transactions to determine necessary documentation and create comprehensive closing checklists.
• Review documentation for closed and funded loans to ensure compliance and track exceptions within the Collateral Management System.
• Prepare and audit complex loans, including security agreements, loan agreements, mortgages, and disclosures.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and expedite loan processing.
• Manage vendor accountability, place orders, and monitor reporting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 2-3 years of related experience in Commercial Lending, Collateral, or Loan Operations.
• Ability to analyze credit transactions and determine required legally binding documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Denver, CO or Tulsa, OK.
