Location: New York, United States; in-office work is required depending on the assigned role.

Salary: $35 per hour, equivalent to approximately $5,600 per month based on a 160-hour month.

What you will do

• Support financial accounting, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and internal control activities.
• Assist with treasury activities covering funding, liquidity, capital, balance sheet risks, and regulatory liquidity metrics.
• Analyze trading and banking products, valuations, pricing adjustments, and daily or monthly profit and loss.
• Prepare performance reporting, variance analysis, forecasts, plans, and financial insights for business leaders.
• Contribute to tax reporting, accounting policy analysis, procurement, contract management, and vendor risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Front Office, Legal, business units, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Juniors graduating in 2028 who are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related business field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Comfort with Excel and spreadsheets, with working knowledge of one or more of VBA, Access, SQL, SAS, and Python.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis or econometrics; basic knowledge of financial instruments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate attention to detail, and learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of financial instruments.
• Experience with VBA, Access, SQL, SAS, or Python beyond the required working knowledge.
