What you will do

• Provide professional customer service to clients and internal partners by phone, email, and written communication.
• Review client aging, account purchases, open credits, and funds available for release.
• Verify load documentation, follow up on missing information, and maintain accurate records.
• Support risk management and operational processes across client accounts.
• Collaborate with clients, debtors, teammates, and leadership to resolve questions and keep workflows moving.
• Protect confidential information and take on additional operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; four years of proven customer service experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and contribute to a team.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience in factoring, freight, transportation, logistics, financial services, or a related industry.
