What you will do

• Conduct credit risk reviews and ongoing monitoring of clients to assess credibility.
• Analyze business information and financial statements during onboarding and monitoring workflows.
• Manage written-off portfolios by negotiating payment arrangements to ensure maximum recovery.
• Research account histories to recommend remedial actions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business development, risk, compliance, and legal departments to support growth.
• Provide feedback on data, tools, and policies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in bad debt collections, credit underwriting, and financial statement analysis.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data and analytics.
• Proactive self-starter mindset with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
