What you will do

• Partner with regional sales leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale tradeshows, technology fairs, and partner appreciation events.
• Analyze field marketing metrics and lead attribution via CRM to determine ROI and influence budget allocation.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and maintain full fiscal responsibility for field marketing budgets.
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring all regional collateral adheres to global brand standards.
• Track the customer journey from event touchpoints to sales qualified leads (SQLs).

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in integrated, field, or event marketing.
• B2B technology experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable local marketing plans.
