What you will do

• Design and lead the global events strategy, including architecture, tiering, and the corporate "must-do" calendar.
• Serve as executive producer for the Partner Conference and Sales Kick Off, managing scope, budgets, and end-to-end delivery.
• Develop global roadshow strategies and asset kits to support regional execution and localization.
• Establish global event governance, standards, and playbooks to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
• Define and track success metrics such as pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI using dashboards and reporting tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 6+ years leading global field and events programs.
• Deep expertise in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
• Proven track record as an executive producer for large-scale conferences and multi-city roadshows.
• Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, and Tableau.
• Willingness to travel globally 20–40% based on the event calendar.
• Must be based in Miami, FL for on-site work.
