What you will do

• Plan and execute a portfolio of regional events including industry conferences, executive roadshows, and partner activations.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to on-site execution and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders to align on priority accounts and drive pipeline generation.
• Track and report on KPIs including leads, meetings, influenced pipeline, and cost per opportunity.
• Elevate brand presence through high-quality booth design, messaging, and storytelling.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of B2B event marketing experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of managing complex events with six-figure budgets and measurable revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% based on the event calendar.
