What you will do

• Negotiate with customers on past due amounts and enforce payment plans.
• Manage the order-to-cash cycle, including processing payments and applying credit memos.
• Create and maintain documentation for various collections strategies.
• Leverage systems to automate dunning campaigns and research new automation technologies.
• Mentor and coach team members on enterprise cash collection strategies.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend database termination where necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in A/R, accounting, or financial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS companies and subscription-based revenue models.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
