TL;DR

Technical Program Mgr (Technology Strategy and Program Management): Driving the design and delivery of strategic technology programs for a global CPTO portfolio with an accent on stakeholder alignment, governance, and cross-functional execution. Location: United States; hybrid work with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $129,200–$192,500 per year, with compensation determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Support the strategy, offer, and program design for the Chief Platform & Technology Office portfolio.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to identify, prioritize, design, and deploy technology initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and improve processes and customer experience.
• Develop governance models, policies, procedures, and comprehensive technology programs.
• Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to executives, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Gather field feedback and insights to inform new technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, stakeholder management, business operations, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy, programs, operations, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent ability to translate business needs into required outcomes and manage projects successfully.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other relevant program management certification.
• Knowledge of the company’s products.
