What you will do

• Design and maintain the team’s folder structure, document management standards, and site intake processes.
• Partner with Data and IT teams to build and own project reporting dashboards covering diligence and pipeline tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring workflows, data capture, and status roll-ups.
• Produce fortnightly leadership presentations and translate technical milestones into executive narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with Construction, Delivery, Power, and Design functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program coordination, PMO, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for creating executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate dashboards or reporting.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Exposure to Palantir Foundry or similar data ontology platforms.
• Industry experience in data centers, real estate, or infrastructure.
