• Identify and resolve operational risks and blockers for event programming.
• Maintain internal tools and public websites for event agendas and speaker management.
• Collaborate with community teams and stakeholders to refine processes and drive automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, California, USA.
• 2-5 years of experience in program management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to partner with technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Strong data-driven approach to building workflows, intake processes, and estimation models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
