Treasury Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: Toronto-based positions include in-office collaboration for 10+ days per month, with attendance determined by managers and teams.

Annual base salary for Toronto: CAD 136,000–170,000, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Process daily cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, treasury payments, and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding and settlement oversight.
• Monitor cash operations, bank reconciliations, account configurations, liquidity, wallet obligations, and digital asset funding.
• Execute stablecoin RLUSD treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD operations, and restricted account and letter-of-credit monitoring.
• Manage global bank and exchange accounts, including KYC, signatories, FBAR reporting, user access, bank fees, yield reviews, and banking relationships.
• Support GTreasury implementation and initiatives involving AI, Jira, APIs, PIX credentials, and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with experience using or implementing a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to work proactively and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CTP qualification.
• Experience with GTreasury or Kyriba.
