Analyst, Treasury (Digital Assets)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Run daily treasury operations across digital assets and traditional payments, including cash, liquidity, funding, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Execute activities across blockchains, custodians, wallets, banks, exchanges, and payment providers, including stablecoin minting, redemption, custody transfers, wallet funding, and exception management.
• Own operational controls, audit readiness, issue resolution, runbooks, escalation frameworks, and KPI reporting.
• Assess digital-asset use cases and risks across liquidity, efficiency, settlement, working capital, custody, payments, and regulatory developments.
• Lead pilot execution from planning through launch, including governance, testing, vendor diligence, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions and prepare strategy memos, presentations, and recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree.
• Experience in treasury, payments, fintech, consulting, strategy, or operations, including cross-functional project delivery.
• Knowledge of treasury fundamentals including liquidity, cash management, settlement, reconciliation, FX, and working capital.
• Knowledge of digital assets, including stablecoins, custody, wallets, blockchain networks, transaction fees, and ecosystem participants.
• Knowledge of payments such as ACH, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, SEPA Instant, card settlement, and cross-border payments.
• Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, process improvement, operational controls, governance, audit readiness, and documentation.
• Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategy with execution; participation in rotating weekend and after-hours support is required.
