Salary: $140,000–$170,000 (Remote/Denver) or $163,000–$202,000 (SF/NY/Seattle)

What you will do

• Lead liquidity forecasting and model usage to optimize returns and identify potential risks.
• Manage banking relationships, account governance, and fraud mitigation strategies.
• Develop internal cost-of-funds programs and evaluate new treasury product offerings.
• Implement money movement solutions including ACH, wires, real-time payments, and stablecoins.
• Collaborate with Payments, Accounting, Risk, and Engineering teams on new product implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as the internal authority on treasury strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in shared service Treasury, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in payment operations (ACH, wires, stablecoins) and liquidity modeling.
• In-depth experience using AI to solve treasury needs and improve business efficiency.
• Strong ability to persuade senior executive stakeholders and manage diverse priorities.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing treasury processes and solutions.
