Lead Treasury Analyst (Treasury Operations)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid environment with in-office work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $82,000–$109,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide daily guidance, subject-matter expertise, and escalation support for treasury operations.
• Operate the short-term investment desk by monitoring cash positions, funding accounts, and investing excess cash.
• Manage multi-currency cash activity across USD, EUR, CAD, and GBP accounts.
• Oversee wire processing, cash positioning, bank account activity, transaction controls, and bank connectivity.
• Lead treasury and banking projects involving bank partners, business units, technology teams, and offshore support.
• Coordinate SOX controls and audit support while improving automation, reporting, payment files, procedures, and operational risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in treasury operations.
• Certified Treasury Professional certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with treasury operations, banking products, cash management, domestic and global wire processing, and payment controls.
• Ability to work effectively with banking partners, business units, technology teams, and offshore resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury workstations, ERP and financial platforms, system upgrades, testing, user acceptance testing, and cross-functional implementations.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messaging standards and experience with SOX documentation, testing, evidence gathering, and audit support.
• Experience with short-term investment vehicles such as money market funds and commercial paper.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and other business applications.
